Information about the publisher and the hosting of the solutionofeducation.com website, the SOE web application and the SOE mobile application (together, “the platform”).

The SOE (Solution of Education) platform is published by Family Group SARL, a limited liability company under Cameroonian law with a share capital of 500,000 FCFA.
Registered with the Yaoundé trade and personal property credit register (RCCM) under number CM-NSI-01-2026-B12-00461, on 22 April 2026.

Mr Kemeni Nguembou Rodrigue Aimé, manager of Family Group SARL.

The website and the application are hosted by Contabo GmbH, Munich, Germany — contabo.com.
Files uploaded to the platform (tutors’ documents, photos, signatures, PDF documents) are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare R2).

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Use of the platform is governed by the terms of use, and ordering sessions by the terms of sale.
