SOE follow-up
Everything that happens in every session, on your phone.
The tutor’s check-in, a signed report, invoices and receipts, an advisor who answers: the SOE app brings together your children’s follow-up, and your sessions if you are a tutor.
Until the app stores, everything also works in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
For parents
A session, from check-in to report

The tutor arrives and checks in
Their position is verified within 150 m of the lessons address. Without GPS, you give them a 4-digit code.

They leave and check out
The real times of the session show in your schedule.

They write the session report
Topics covered, homework, observations, with their signature, within 24 h.

You approve or dispute
Within 72 h; without an answer, it is approved automatically. If you dispute it, SOE reviews and decides.

Mobile Money payment
Invoice on day 25 for the next month, due by day 5, by MTN MoMo or Orange Money. Reminders before the due date, a receipt for every payment.

Contract signed online
You read and sign it on your phone. The family’s address and phone number go to the tutor only once it is signed.

Reports from the session, a new tutor on a reasoned request, an emergency channel for the child’s safety.
